The Kingston City Run is a charity run hosted by the Jamaica Hotel and Tourism Association in our city of Kingston, the capital of Jamaica. The event takes place in the neighbourhood of what is commonly called “New Kingston” (also the entertainment and business centre). This year the event will take place over the weekend of March 10 – 12, 2017. Race Day is March 12th. For the 5K there will be 3 water/hydration stops, for the 10K there will be 6 and for the 1/2 marathon there will be a total of 12 stops.
Five charities across the city will benefit from fleet-footed participants who will pound the streets in support of Missionaries of the Poor, The Alpha Institute, Open Arms Drop in Centre, Marie Atkins Shelter and Food For The Poor.
