The Falls restaurant was established in 2017 on the campus of St John Bosco Career Advancement Institute (at the time known as St John Bosco Children's Home). An extension of Bosco's well established hospitality and culinary arts vocational training program, The Falls is now a gastronomy destination for locals and travelers nestled in the hills of Manchester parish in Central Jamaica. All proceeds support the educational and vocational training programs on campus which is run by the Religious Sisters of Mercy in Jamaica.
In the midst of the hustle and bustle of Constant Spring Road Traffic the Wine Ship stands in semi isolation. Tucked into the corner of Southdale Plaza right off South Avenue near the Halfway Tree landmark, the Wine Shop has maintained its culinary and social oasis since 2013. Open 6 days (closed Sundays) for lunch, evening drinks, dinner or entertainment, the indoor/outdoor space offers an eclectic and unpredictable backdrop to an otherwise familiar area of the city. It's wide ranging menu offers ample vegetarian options.
