In Jamaican culture, vocalists often record custom songs for sound systems, selectors and radio hosts. We are honoured the former To Isis singer would make an exclusive version of his signature anthem for the Alpha School of Music family.

Stephenson was a founding member of the vocal ensemble To Isis for ten years before recording as a solo artist from 2005. VP Records released his first album, From August Town, in 2007. The album was included in Billboard's "Six Essential Albums Heralding Roots Rock's Resurgence" in 2008, with Billboard's Patricia Meschino commenting on the album's "beautifully nuanced vocals and heartfelt lyrics".
