Roll Call. Bandmaster Jackie Willacy

Past student and two-time bandmaster, Jackie Willacy, had a stint with the Bamboos of Jamaica. The group released "Reggae Man" in 1970, issued in Germany by Hansa Record and "Regea Man / Candy" in Spain and Italy.

Their debut album, Reggae Time, was released in 1973 in Italy on the Durium and Durium Marche Estere labels, featuring tracks like "Calypso Reggae," "Running Back To You," and "Love And Happiness,".
